Therapy can empower you to access and mobilize your natural and inherent strengths. When you are ready, I can provide encouragement and support as you plan, develop, & write the next chapters in your story.

My goal is to offer a genuinely neutral, comfortable, and supportive space. Modern culture often imposes many unrealistic and unattainable standards. I strive to provide an environment void of the extraneous burdens that exist in our world today. I meet clients where they are and accompany them as they work to discover where they want to be in their future.

What is the cost of counseling services at Counseling Cottage?

Each session is $140/hour. At this time, I am only accepting private pay. Payment can be through credit card, cash, or check. Full payment is taken at the time of each appointment. A credit card is kept on file to ensure prompt payment. A super bill can be provided for you to submit to your insurance for possible out-of-network reimbursement.
